DataWaves - Innovation LabData Science for the Maritime Economy and Environmental Protection
DataWaves is a student innovation program running from February to June 2026, focused on developing practical, data-driven solutions for the maritime sector and environmental challenges. The initiative connects interdisciplinary student teams (technical, economic, legal, environmental) with academic mentors and industry partners. In the first planned edition of the program – serving as the second phase of the pilot, following a successful test stage last year – we aim to launch approximately 5–6 projects in collaboration with partners from the maritime industry. These projects will provide a strong foundation for the further development of the program and the gradual expansion of cooperation within the sector.
